EVENTS

For The Everyday Adventurer

1

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Any athlete in the history of sport has followed a structured strength and conditioning program tailored via a qualified and experienced coach to ensure physical performance is optimal for the demands needed to reach your goal.

2

RESILIENT MINDSET

Where your mind goes, your body follows. A Mantra I've lived by for a long time. In order to reach your goal, you must believe you can get there first and adapt/overcome obstacles along the way.

3

INJURY RESISTANCE

We know consistency conquers all, so remaining injury free ensures we can not only continue to progress without adapting around problem areas, but also pain free.

ABOUT ME

You only live once

As cheesy as it sounds. Its true.

I've had, like most, ALOT of circumstances and events happen in my life that have opened my eyes to both how fragile AND resilient humans can be.

My Dad falling out of bed one night, being paralysed from the neck down.

To my best friend and cousin losing his battle with mental health.

Which is why I'm a massive advocate of living a full and confident life, having a mindset and body that is fit for purpose.

Whatever that purpose may be.

To have more energy to play with your children, to be more injury resilient playing amateur sport with your friends, or my most favourite, to open the door of opportunity to have more adventures.

To be confident to say YES to whatever comes your way.

To be READY FOR ANYTHING.
